It provides daily guidance on training decisions, nutrition adjustments, and recovery recommendations. It bridges the gap between your coaching sessions so you're never left without support. Yes — advanced diagnostics including DEXA scans (body composition), comprehensive blood marker testing, and other longevity diagnostics are available as add-ons and billed separately through our referral partners. They are not included in your weekly coaching rate. Your coach will advise on which tests are relevant for your goals and the right timing for them.
Sessions are held online via video call at times that suit your schedule. The minimum commitment is 12 weeks, paid weekly via direct debit — this aligns with our 90-day transformation philosophy and gives you enough time to see real, compounding results. After 12 weeks, it's week-to-week. Most clients continue for 6–12 months.
1:1 coaching is application-based — not everyone is accepted. We work with high-performing professionals who are ready to follow a structured system, commit to the process, and invest in their long-term health. Performance Tier gives you 2 live sessions per week ($280/week) — ideal for structured accountability, direction, and solid results. Transformation Tier adds a third session per week ($390/week) plus priority messaging, deeper recovery and sleep coaching, and a monthly longevity health review. Most clients who are serious about maximum results choose Transformation Tier.
After 12 weeks you can continue with 1:1 coaching week-to-week, or transition to our Inner Circle ($50/month) for ongoing structured programming, AI coach access, and community accountability. This creates a clear exit path so you're never left without support — and your progress keeps compounding.
